“Our casual backyard July wedding celebration for our April bride and groom was made beautiful and well-defined by the stunning sailcloth tent set up by The Event Company. Taylor came to the house to discuss details and was able to provide us with everything we wanted: farm tables for a country look for food service and high tops and rounds covered in crisp turquoise tablecloths encircled by white garden chairs. The look was lovely. The dance floor was perfect and encouraged revelers of all ages! Set-up and break-down were professional, easy and done with speed and care to our yard. We carry all sizes and styles of tents — pole, frame, clear frame, sailcloth, band shells, and more — plus stages, dance floors, tables, chairs, lighting, decorations, grills, heaters, and fans.

In cooperation with our friends at Rain or Shine, we will set up events all over New England and much of New York state. Call us for more information.

Equipment is reserved on a first come, first served basis, so as soon as you have your date, we recommend making a reservation. Rentals are guaranteed with a 25% deposit, credit card number with a signed credit card authorization form, and signed contract. Orders can still be changed after the deposit is paid and the contract is signed.
